Samsung with Tizen OS Present October 2013 - Recent developments mentioned that Samsung's first smartphone with OS Tizen will glide in a number of countries in October 2013.

Tizen, is an open source operating system based on Linux that was developed jointly by Intel and Samsung. Tizen supports HTML5 applications and can also run Android applications and is considered a potential rival Android and iOS.
According to industry sources based in Korea, Samsung will launch their first smartphone Tizen OS in October in a number of countries such as Japan, France, USA, China and Russia, as preached Ubergizmo.
Apparently, Samsung launched its decision in a number of countries such as Tizen supports the languages of these countries. So hopefully there will be applications available in the original language.
Samsung is also expected to hold a developer conference on October 27, and the first device to reliably use Tizen OS is a device with the model number SGH-N055 will carry operator called Japan, NTT DoCoMo.
